Hamilton County Professional Fire Fighters IAFF Local 4416 represents the dedicated men and women who serve and protect the communities of Hamilton County, Indiana. As a proud affiliate of the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) and the Professional Fire Fighters Union of Indiana (PFFUI), we advocate for the safety, well-being, and professional interests of our members while ensuring the highest level of service to the public.

Our mission is to support our members through strong representation, professional development, and a commitment to health and safety. We work tirelessly to advance the fire service profession, secure fair wages and benefits, and foster a culture of excellence, unity, and brotherhood.

Local 4416 is deeply engaged in community service and charitable initiatives. We are committed to supporting, honoring, and educating our members through our foundation, the Hamilton County Fire Fighters Foundation.
